These are so quick and easy to bake and store as a snack for the week!

Per Cookie: 17g/carbs, 10g/protein, 10g/fats (the good kind of fat!)

Recipe makes 12

-1 Cup Peanut Butter (all natural)

-1 Egg

-2 Scoops Protein Powder of Choice

*Stevia to taste*

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Mix all ingredients together until it forms a dough.

3. Spoon out on tray and make a criss-cross pattern on top with a fork.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
