Okay bloating is a huge issue for most if not all girls! There are various reasons as to why you may feel bloated everyday, but these tips will help narrow down the cause of your bloating ! Bloating can be a very irritating issue and only causes you to get down on yourself about the way you look, so lets avoid that!

Water Retention

Water intake is so important not only for weight loss/fitness goals, but also in reducing bloat. When you are not consuming enough water through out the day your body will retain the little water that you gave it. This in turn causes bloating which is never a pleasant thing! Aim to get in at least 9-10 cups of water a day!

Dairy

Watch for things that you eat that contain dairy, as dairy often causes bloating because the body lacks the necessary enzymes to break down lactose (the sugar found in dairy products). Things like cheese, yogurt, milk will do the trick. Try to eliminate dairy products from your diet for a few days and notice if the bloating is still there. If not, you have found your culprit!

Certain Foods (Even Some Vegetables!)

Certain vegetables, (though good for you) will actually cause bloating. These would be cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and more. You do not have to avoid these foods altogether but simply be cautious of their effects. Opt for different vegetables if you are trying to avoid bloat! Some other foods that can cause bloating are beans, lentils, carbonated drinks, wheat, onions, barley and rye.

Lets kick bloat to the curb!
